No. GL2's are horrible and outdated. Whatever you do, don't get a gl2.

My cousin has the gl2 and my main problem with it is that it does not have good quality it films sd not hd. I have got to try a lot of cameras because my mom as i pro photographer and here are some links to some good hd cams in opinion.

its not about how it looks its about how it performs because when you plug in the footage from the little xa10 you will find that its better than the gl2. also make the sure the warranty is good on the camera you buy or you test it out first because i don't know your opinion on cameras and camcorders.
