Not that it's important whether or not it was fake. Candide is still my fav skier and that vid was pretty awesome.

I wonder if they used snowflex for some of the shots. Seems like it would be ideal, no snow flying up, plus you could paint it to key out easier.

I think some of the woods shots were actually mountain biking, can't see skis in the actual shot, there seems to be a rear tire burn type motion and he speeds up after going through the trees

It's not about if it's fake or real, its about what they could produce when they had CGI. Some shit was real, but the rest was still freaking awesome. It's like a fantasy video, what might happen if skis could work on grass. Showing us the unrealistic possibilities
