The event is happening April 3rd. For those who were there last year it will be the same sort of deal - with cash in hand.

I'm not 100percent sure of exactly what's happening, and when I find out i'll let you know. But from what I know is there will be a style session on different features in the terrain park. Last year we had sessions on a rail feature, the two tables and pipe session.

It was a great event and should be better this year - it's not about who can huck cab 10's but rather about style. Last year it was cash in hand and everyone had a good time - I think we even gave away two pairs of skis. Anyways if you want to come out for a fun day with other skiers and riders maybe make some coin. Then come to C.O.P for the Air&Style on april 3rd. When I find out more info i'll pass it on... Hope to see you all there....

doesnt cop close the last day of march or are they gonna open up just for the comp?????

From what I was told it is April 3rd, I'm not sure of the C.O.P closing date. If I find out anything I'll let you know

It's not a snowboard only comp - the Air&Style is a qualifier for whislter - (that part is closed to skiers) but the Ski Cellar is still having 'style sessions' open to both skiers and riders.

 
They were super fun last year. I suggest if you think that maybe hucking isnt for you, go to to COP and have some fun.

I've just talked to Wade Cose who has put together this entire event. There will be two style session on April 3rd. We will be giving away $1000.00 bucks a session. I hope to see a big turn out of skiers for the event, and with that much cash most should be able to put some money in there pockets and have a great day with friends wrapping up the season at C.O.P. See you all there.

Also in the next few days I will have info regarding the schedule for the day and anything else - so i'll keep you updated..

ad how much will the registration cost fer the skier events or is their any cost for registration?

check that poster link.... You do have to register but I think you can do it the day off the event.. As for the features that will probably be decided that day - depending on the park

 
I just found out yesterday that the insurance for the skiing portion of the event has been dropped.. As of now there will be no skiing events this coming saturday at C.O.P for the Air&Style.

We are trying to find other insurance - and will know for sure by wednesday, check back then..

on big lines it said something about skiing but are there gonna be any ski events now?
