I want to build a rail with pvc because its cheap.

use a 2*4 for the base....then build support beams up and connect a top board to that then drill from the bottom up into 2 or 3 pvc pipes to connect them bitches!! im really thinkin about doin that my self...and thats wut im doin for it

you can drill it in form the top to. just file around the hole and youll be fine
