this would require me to:

download the video from vimeoopen file in mpeg streamclip

cut to right length

cut down quality

export file

open serial gen for photoshop

launch photoshop

save for web devices

tinker with it forever until it was under 8 kbs

and then give it to you.

uh.... to lazy.
