Can someone ID what goggles these are?

I got offered these goggles for a trade, but I have no idea the model I think they're oakley's going off the strap.. Dude says their in his storage locker so he only had this image to offer, he's got no idea what model they are. I tried reverse image search them and nothing came up. Help - Thx

Yea the closest thing I could figure out would be canopy's but I've been searching google images using 1 year time slots from '07 and nothing remotely looks like them. Did discover these trippy looking power ranger goggles lmao
