I just received an email that says a package for me was delivered today this morning and its at the post office. I have my p.o. box key.

Think the doors for the boxes will be unlocked so I can go in a grab it?

The PO Boxes I have seen have 24 hour access so you should be good

Most likely if you got an email, that means it didnt fit in your box and you gotta go during normal business hours to pick it up. P.O. boxes suck a fat dick.
