Camera's?

i just got into videography, and it's real fun, but now i want to get in photography, and i don't know how to start, i want to know what camera's are the best starter camera's, my mom has a konica fc-1 with a nice lens and filter (also has a strobe), it's nice, but i'm not sure if it'll hold up in the cold temperatures.

If you want film, get yourself an older Canon A-2 or Elan 7. They both can be bought for under $150, accessories and lenses can be easily found. They both have fairly quick frame advance, so you could shoot sequences if wanted.

Or for a full manual camera, look into older nikon or pentax or canon cameras, those go for dirt cheap and lenses are just as cheap. They will teach you the fundamentals of exposure and all that crap.
