Camera problem

i ahve a gs300 and for some reason whenever i try to play back stuff it says "press reset switch" so i press the switcha dn it just says it again... any solutions to this?
 
im having the exact same problem with mine, apparently we should join skateperception.com and ask there

if you here anything about fixing it let me know
