does anyone know how to make a video camera mount to hold so that it makes it more stable?

or know any plans on the internet? iv seen some made of pvc pipes that look pretty sick but im not sure were to begin
 
what do you mean by "mount"are you trying to mount it on something? or a tripod? or a steady cam?
 
more like a steadycam i think, just something to put the camera on to make it more smooth with follow cams and such

sorry kinda a noob with filming
