Camera for filming?

I would like to start filming and need some advice for a camera. I don't want a gopro and my price range is around $600

Don't forget the Angenieux Optimo within a Shotovover K1 gyro attached to your Eurocopter for those sweet aerial follow cam shots.

For once in his life, Lou didnt pull a half chub and recommend the t3i!

Dslrs are nice. But this camera really is a game changer. I couldnt reccomend a t3i when a camera like that is blowing it away in every way.

Helicopters are so last decade, it's all about remote control octocopters. Mount with red epic, canon 14.5-60mm T2.6 lens. Should cost somewhere in the region $150.
