Camera advice

Let me start off by saying I love my HMC150, but its getting pretty old (whole front lens assembly is bent, won't zoom anymore, have to tape the batteries in). Bought a sony ax700 this fall to replace it, but haven't really been feeling it. Works fine for filming rails but trying to do follow cams with an x-grip on jumps it just gets jostled around way too much, doesn't have the weight behind it the HMC did.

I'd buy another HMC150 but 1080p 60fps is cool, is there anything in that form factor with the newer features that won't break the bank? not really looking to spend more then $1500ish. Alternatively, anyone have any more stable rig ideas for the ax700?

1500$ and u can probably get something that shoots 4K and fits your need and will fit a good fish. I’d check out the Panasonic HCX1 can find some used for under 1500. Butttt possibly for cheaper you can find a AC160 and that should shoot 1080 60p and would fit the same 72mm fish that a HMC would have
