Camelback starting to make snow

thats right bitches starting tomorrow 11/17/05 camelback will turn on the guns, and make snow whenever ever possible. first pa mt to blow snow what what!
 
sick dorsey. so sick. i cant wait. goin up to killy on friday, maybe bringin home a little thanksgiving dinner if i win the rail jam hahaha. or not.
 
guys as much as i hate to say this, nowhere is gonna open till it is below freezing every night. thats not gonna happen for a few more weeks so be chilly.
 
They dont plan on opening soon, there just blowing it so they have enough for a decent coverage. They will deff have the best opening day coverage in pa. And how did bear creek already blow snow.
 
dude its camelback, no matter how much snow there is opening day (barring a freak 3 foot dump) it will still suck. its like 600 feet tall with a crappy park.
 
dudes, the whole state is like that - shitty an shitty, why all the hate - PA taught me tons - but you have to leave or your a slave to shit piles of skiing
 
what are you talking about if its below freezing they can blow snow...and by the time you blowing up in the mountains its normall a few degrees below 32

the temp drops 3.5 degrees per 1000 feet so just because it's a mountain it doesn't mean it is that much colder on top. Out west and up north thats a different story....and yes relative humidity and temp and both factors when it comes to making snow and it can also be too cold to make snow..efficiently that is
 
east coast teaches you to not be picky, cause any snow to us is good, while other places complain about only gettin a foot of fresh powder, we have to rely on man made snow.
