Calm instrumentals

[FANTASTIC_FUN]

im looking for some calm/happy instrumentals, some singing is ok, but the less the better. i dont want like lots of electronic sounds. mostly simple piano and other similar instruments.

The record label Ministry of Sound has a series called the 'Chillout Session' I believe. Either that or its one of their annual series. Usually they release one per year and they're very, very high quality records. You won't be disappointed.

some of that is sick but its not what im looking for, i mean like simple instrumentals, no rap beats, no techo sounding music.

i want music that you would see in the sorta calm emotional parts in movies. im making a short film and i need songs like these

Christopher O'Reilly did a full radiohead cover in nothing but piano... Did all their best songs and it's amazingly great. Might want to check that out. And you can't go wrong with the classical big names like beethoven, bach, brahms, etc

You need to get the album Feel Good Lost by Broken Social Scene. Its a experimental/instrumental album, and its amazing. Mossbreaker and Love and Mathematics are great tracks off that.
