As far as i know there are two other people that the same thing is happening to. as for me we agreed to trade hoodies. he didnt give me tracking because he shipped it through a "friends company" or some shit. he just doesnt seem to care. i know another person has some numbers to contact his parents but figured should try this first

ok sean most likely shipped through Inversion clothing, his friends company, i too am from Canada and i bought some inversion. it took 11 business days to get to me. sure it's not the quickest but fuck give it time. sean is very legit and i am guessing he shipped you a jacket? going through customs anything with metal in x-rayed adding a few days to it, a hoodie will go way quicker then a jacket just cuz it is smaller too. he shipped like 10 days ago which is 8 business days, shit will most likely come next week man. again i don't feel this was needed especially only after 10 days.
 
kid is a faggot. its been over 3 weeks now for the hoodie he supposedly has sent multiple times that is still not here.. here's what i left on his feedback.

i sent my stuff to him, got a tracking number, sent him the tracking number, he got the item i shipped him in about 4 days and i verified this via looking up the tracking number and he confirmed this to me.. it has now been two and a half weeks and i still do not have what he "supposedly" shipped me the same day that i shipped out to him.. he said he was having his friend ship it for him, he didn't get me a tracking number(which is horrible because it is 80 cents through USPS) and every time i try to contact him about it he acts like he has no clue and just says "why would i give you my phone number if i wasnt gonna send it" but what the fuck am i gonna do with your phone number? at this point i just want the hoodie.

..still have yet to get my item and i would recommend steering clear of this seller..scammer. even if i do end up getting my item, which i doubt i ever will at this point, i will never do business with again.-
now his excuse is he didnt send it through a friends company, but instead he didnt have the money to ship out the same time i sent him my hoodie, so instead he shipped out Friday, August 5th(which i guarentee is bullshit)..but he said he couldnt get a tracking number because he didnt have the money to, so again i am going by trust, which i obviously give out to fucking random kids too much. if my hoodie isnt at my door Monday, August 15th, there's some shit coming his way.
If anyone is from Whitefish, Montana or any towns nearby, please PM me and we can talk about the situation before I make his information public and let anyone take care of it. This shit's been going on long enough and I'm not gonna let it get out of hand and turn into one of those 3 month long deals where nothing happens. Sorry for rambling but this kid and his lieing is bullshit. Thank you for reading/helping and any help is great.
 
ill correct myself, tool. im just pissed and this stuff has been delayed far too long already. he had no intention of shipping through his friends company, as far as i know, because he told me he was just waiting until he had the money to ship it out himself. maybe im being a dick about it all but im just pissed that the hoodie isnt here and its going on a month.
 
he shipped july 20. apparentlly. thats now 17 business days. i leave on the 24th so if he has shipped it and its just taking awhile i wont get it. and the fact that 2 other people are in the exact same situation as me is scary. no proof of sending or anything

basically i trade him my xl varsity jacket and 50 cash for an 3xl ignant, 2xl fittest, and 2xl jungle cat

i sent out my shit, week later i got ONLY the fittest and ignant. then i was riding his ass hard, no homo, and then i went away hoping that when i came home it would be there. no luck.

messaged him and he sold it. i flipped a shit. made him pay to get it back and as far as i know he did. but apparently the kid he sold it to has been on a mission trip and wont be back until a month and a half. i am sure he will clear this situation up when he logs back on

but i think he is legit, just very careless and such. i will get my jungle cat. it will just take time

but who forgets to package something you sold and then sells it again? like honestly.
 
he replied to me, all he said was that he knew someone that was going to get him a jungle cat to give me. i want my jungle cat that was the only good part of the deal.

he didnt mention this call out or anything

 
ahah you must understand, i sent out my stuff like early june. my trip was over a month after i sent out my stuff, so it was a given that it was there when i came back. i wasnt making the thread because i was confident that i wasnt getting scammed, but i saw this so i put in my two cents.

i think 2 months is plenty of time to begin over reacting
 
just got a text from him apologizing saying he will ship out tomorrow WITH tracking number.. if he does, hopefully this shit is all finally solved..
 
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I sent him my hoodie about a month ago and am yet to receive one in return. He didn't provide me with any tracking number or confirmation. He also gave me that bs about shipping through a friend. Now he won't even respond to my pm's. Have you guys got anything resolved yet?
 
yes actually a hundred percent resolved. my hoodie should be on its way soon

for him it was truly a mistake and he worked real hard to get what i needed. he traded his xl vader jacket for another 2xl jungle cat green. it was a shame there was an original mistake but that was pretty chill how far he went out on the limb to resolve it. he did admit he initially lied to me so he could buy more time but in the end i am happy. i just wont be dealing with him in the future, too much of a headache

if you go on NS mobile, the only way a message is "read" is by replying to it. you can look through your whole inbox but every one else sees (not read). but i hope you all get your stuff

this is beyond fair for this piece of shit scammer but he has refused to answer me for at least two week intervals and replies with one text. jkauffman is being a hundred percent reliable and is being very good about something that is nowhere his responsibility, it is nowhere near his fault he bought something that was mine, you_japanese_dog failed to tell him this vert pertanent piece of info. so i appreciate jkauffman's help.

The real question I have is, why the he'll doesn't NS ban known scammers like this little bitch? They're not doing jack shit to add to the community. I guess they could just make a new profile, but then they have to build up a new reputation of being reliable before they can start scamming again. Either NS should make a deal with paypal and get a foolproof system going for sales, or start cracking down real hard on scammers. There have been WAY too many fallout threads in recent months and it's pissing me off.
 
Banning scammers just makes it harder for the person trying to get their shit resolved. Buying and Selling has always been buyer beware on here, the system cant exist in any other form than the way it does now. Users have the tools to moderate things, CHECK feedback, and ONLY buy from approved buyers if you're suspicious.

i'm not saying scams are completely avoidable, but if you make sure you get legit information from someone and they seem like a genuine person in their transactions, you're going to be a lot better off. look at feedback, previous threads, stuff like that. if you're selling, don't send the product until you get the money. just be as careful as you can.
