ok heres the deal! i traded my oakley crowbar goggles and 20 dollars for scottrider350's ihome and ipod nano 4th generation.. i sent them goggles and the money through paypal.. i got his ihome but the ipod never showed. ive tried talking to all of his friends, i tried my best to get ahold of him. he never replied on his facebook.. please help me get my ipod newschoolers

You should be getting that ipod, but it sounds like the wording is confusing, but makes sense. Next time I would clearly say what the trade is gonna be. Hope you get that pod

i didn't read any of those pm's but my advice is to file a paypal claim. then you might have a shot at getting your money back.

also leave him shitty feedback. the karma system is fucked up.
 

guy doesnt sound that credible in the pm's, sometimes you get ripped off. in the meantime look on craigslist for ipods, i recommend the 2nd gen over 4th/5th gen, 2nd gen was soo beast. i hate my 5th gen, the battery last no time at all because the giant ass screen, id almost be willing to give it to you, almost
 
kid is mad sketchy, had a deal lined up for my spks, he had offered 190 and had pmed me saying that he had sent the money in the mail. never got the money and stopped replying to my pms, seemed like an attempt at a scam, btu didnt really think anything of it because no harm was done...except wasting my time

So from my point of view you agreed to it, you just had a miscommunication between the two of you. But that doesn't give him any reason to not respond to your pm's and get you what you thought you paid for.
