1) You scammed this kid. No way around it.

2) You proceeded to make an alias and hide.

3) You share the same last name as your "step-dad"... Which means you would need legal permission from the father listed on your birth certificate to change. Possible - Yes, Probably - FUCK no.

4) You sketched out when I demanded you trade first due to your lack of feedback. Then proceeded to block me so I couldn't message you about the transaction.

Summary: FUCK YOU and your bullshit stories. I hope you like boxes.
 
The only legal action he can take against me is to file a restraining order. Which I'm not worried about.

i traded my fire lens and some cash for his polarized lens that was in his crowbars. i shipped first and he was legit to me but he is awful at checkin his pms or pming back. i had his number for the longest time but just deleted it god damn. hope this works out...
 
He agreed to trade me STH 12's the Fulltilt hotdoggers that he is trading to the OP and an Oakley jacket. I already sent my shit out and he recived it today and now texts me saying he cant do the deal and gives me all this bull shit. he also told me his dad passed, not sure if i believe it or not now, i tried searching the obituaries for his town but couldnt find anything. He claims that he is going to send my stuff back, but he does not have the money right now.
 
I think itll all work out. If he were really trying to scam us he prob wouldnt be replying to my texts or be on NS right now

You just need to take his phone number above and get in touch with his parents before it goes any further. It's pretty clear he's flipping this on several people and the plan was to rip people off then just disappear.

He didn't count on NS being able to track down his personal info, so now he's scared. If you let it go another week, everyone's shit will be gone and at that point there won't be much anyone can do.

heres what happened with me. I had a pair of frogskins i didnt need, and i desperatley needed a pair of bindings before leaving for CO for the season this weekend. Sammyd23 said he would trade a pair of salomon sth12 bindings for the frogskins, im not a fan of the sth bindings so i kept looking. I found another pair that i liked, contacted the seller for those and he said he would trade for another pair of bindings. So i contacted sammyd23, told him i would trade and he would send the sth 12s to the seller who was sending me the pair i wanted. So he would get the sth 12s, sammyd23 would get the frogskins, and i would get the bindings i wanted. Im not the best at wording things so it may seem complicated, but it was worked out perfectly. Sammyd23 said he would ship the bindings to the guy who i was getting my preffered bindings from on Sat. , that never happened. Now i have a pair of bindings coming to me, sammy asshole d23 is keeping the sth12s and has my frogskins, and now the 3rd party trader has no bindings. Fuck you sammyd23. (this may need clarification, this is typed in a pissed off state)
 
i'm sorry everyone. i'm returning his bindings asap. it was a big misunderstanding. it's all going to be worked out.
