Callout on c.Sweitz

I hate having to do this but its been a full month since i bought a hat from c.sweitz it wasnt even an expensive hat but its been 2 weeks since i asked him where its at, he never replies to me, i told him i was going to make a callout hoping to make him send it, he said that if he didnt give me the tracking number by monday night to go ahead and make the callout, i was so confused when he said that, its as if he doesnt care and wont ship it, he says he has it all packaged up and ready so ship, which he told me on sunday but never gave me any number or anything, i just want my hat and im not trying to be annoying but this guy just wont send it.

If anybody knows him please let me know it would be greatly appreciated. +k to anybody who can help me. Thanks
 
c.sweitz had amazing feedback which really suprised me when he never sent it. others must have done buisness with him please any info would be nice
 
Yeah scammed me too, finally bought a dope hat for summer and now i'll never get it :'( . I hope the 4 gallons of gas he'll buy with my money is worth it
 
I have talked with both buyers. I am not a scammer whats so ever, i have been VERY busy with school and sports and haven't had the time to ship. I offered them both full refunds or to ship asap. I am not a scammer.
