Ok I wrote a huge text explaining everything in details but somehow my browser crashed and I lost everything so I'll just put the historic. But basically, that kid is getting away with my 52$.

BUMP, He saw the thread and finally decided to reply to my PM, he said the money is pending and I can only receive it tuesday? Does that makes senses? Does paypal really do this sometimes or he is trying to get away?
 
If hes trying to add money from his bank account to his paypal then ya. It takes a few days to do that.

But if he said he sent the payment but you wont get it til tuesday hes bullshitting you.
 
My paypal money comes straight from my bank account and if you send money to someone, you dont have to wait, they make an immediate transfert of the money. So my guess now is that he really is bullshiting. What should I do next?
 
No I meant like he would directly transfer from his bank account to his paypal account and then send you the money once its cleared into his account.

But just talk to him. If he really wants to keep "BGP" or whatever the fuck hes calling it now he will wanna work it out.

He did the same thing too me. I had also made the purchase of a hoodie on June 6th 2010. this kid is the biggest fag ever he has 42$ of mine. I tried a paypal dispute but he took so long making excuses that when i did dispute it, it was null and void cause it was over 45 days. I also have a call out thread on this guy. seeing how many people are pissed at him, is there a way to kick this guy off of NS? also +k for i.ski.troll. for helping me out.
 
if you set up a paypal and add money from a bank account then it takes 2-3 day to verify the account is yours. i just did it today. but thats setting up a whole new account. this kid needs his ass tuned up.
