I have sent payment for skis+bindings at 01 jun. Seller still has not given me a tracking number now. Sometimes he responds to my letters, and says it can not find a suitable box. And that last for more than a month. I think he's cheating on me and stalling.

In his profile location = Ohio, my payment info say that his name = Dawn Argo. I am novice in "fuck you" business, please say me what i can do?

Contact the seller and tell him that you want a refund. If you don't get any response within 2-3 days, contact paypal and request to get your money back. Act fast because i think there is a timeline restriction for a refund. I believe its 35 to 45 days.

 
You always get there address first so if this shit does happen we can send gay porn to his house.
 
it would never take that long, a fellow NSer shipped his skis out to me, it took less than 2 weeks and i specifically told him to do the cheapest shipping (which usually takes the longest to deliver) so the dude obv waited like 10 weeks before he even shipped the skis
 
I wouldn't recommend buying stuff from this seller. Although he hooked me up with a free brand new jacket I waited almost 6 months for the boots I purchased off of him. Simply unacceptable.
