this is the first time on NS i have had traded with a asshole who doesnt send shit like they are supposed to.. and it fucking sucks

So back in November, November 16th to be exact. we agreed to trade my Salomon Magic Pants for his Salomon Gangster Jacket.

We both shipped out the next day ( well obviously he didn't) and i put in the tracking number. he didnt so from then on i kept asking about a tracking number but didnt so after a week of pming an no tracking #, thats when i started to think i got scammed, and it was 3 weeks later and still no jacket, so i PMd him asking where it was. i logged onto NS the next day no reply. but the message is read. so im really confused. so i pm again, same thing all over again. i keep pming but no reply's.

so its now a month later, no jacket, ive been informed that he now has the pants from a freind of his. i got his cell number and texted him. and he said he would go to the post office the next day to findout what was going on. no reply from him when i texted again. so then my last option was to find him on Facebook. and i did. and his profile picture is of him wearign the jacket. ( lolweird) and i messaged him, and this is the best part. HE BLOCKED ME. and then i got ahold of him and he is claiming he hasnt been on the computer for a month, since we shipped the packages.. why am i blocked though and i get no reply's to my pm's (OHNO SOMONE IS LYING) . then he told me to chill out and not to mess with him casue i dont know who im dealing with ect.

3 weeks ago he finally pm'd me. apperently my pants have been shipped back and he uses this one on me " great now im out a jacket and pants" lol. yeah. no pants yet. sick.

no he lives in good ol' massachusetts. he'll end up stabbing me for this but w.e. i am an acquaintance of his and we have our ups and downs, and downs. such an interesting character. but i am now certain he still has the jacket. the other night he messaged me on facebook asking if i was heading up to our local mtn the next day and i told him no because i didnt think i was going to. i get there and he is wearing the jacket that he claimed got lost in customs. i have been trying to help Brennan get his shit back but its hard with this kid. i couldnt tell you if he sent back the magic pants or not though.
 
I feel for you man, getting ripped off and your gear stolen sucks. Find him in person if you have to. Or even get the popos involved. Get your stuff back.
 
dude i feel for you. my buddy traded some crowbars for a link suit and it took the guy like two months the ship the thing. i hope you get the jacket soon. that or the pants. + vibes bro

If you typed something like this up used NICE words, and very casually mention legal action. Then signed it, you would probably get your jacket, or money, or both, and he would get his ass beat... Worst case scenario, you could totally take it to small claims court. Get him a misdemeanor of petty theft or something. In fact you should, because the kid sounds like he needs to learn a lesson.
 
You're just fucking stupid make sure they send first if they seem shady everyone that complains about this shit on here just hasnt used their common sense check his feedback look at post count karma that all counts when your doing trades or selling something I dont even feel bad for any of the kids that get scammed on here because it all comes down to common sense and a little bit of research on the kid.

this kid skis at my home mountain. if i see him, i'll give him shit for you. i'm a solid 6'2" and he's way smaller than me, so i don't think there will be any issues. PM me if you'd like me to do something about this
 
This kid sounds about 14 years old. I think that if you talk to his rents you will get either your jacket, pants or some cash for it.

im pretty good friends with this kid. he has never wore the majic pants and i ski with him evrey day. he told me he sent them back so expect them soon i guess and this kid is 16 and carries a knife on him so u dont want to fuck with him

hahaha i can assure you he doesn't have the cajones to pull a knife on me. i'm not gonna fight the kid, i'm definitely not a fighter, but i swear to god if he pulls a knife on me i'll do everything that this 6'2", 180lb football body can do to stop him. (i can flex my e-muscles too)

selling isn't really a problem, if you get the money first then all you have to do i send it. buying a trading are different.
