Calling photographers: need help with rates

So the university I attend approached me and is interested in purchasing some photos I have taken of university students skiing and riding at the nearby resorts. They are looking to use the images on their website and for flyers and so on...
My question for you: What would you charge for a CD of say 25 high res images, with the rights necessary to carryout their marketing? Keep in mind the images were not shot for them and are just ones they may be interested in picked from the thousands of images I have shot on my computer.

whatever you think its worth, dont start too high, or else they may not pay. Build creditability.

Its a known fact that entrepreneurial photographers undercharge by a fair margain. Just putting that out there as an advocate of fair pricing.
Also PLEASE make sure you don't give them full rights, that a big no no- NEVER.
Find out how big of distribution of the brochures will be because that influences the price.

let's say a CD of 25 high res images, which will be used on the university website (UMaine Farmington, not a very big school) as well as say about 1000 brochures.
Trying not to low ball industry standards here, some legit opinions appreciated.
