If you have a company that makes tall tees and allows customers to customize them with logos, please pm me..thanks

Rather than doing what you have in mind, you could buy tees in bulk and then make a silkscreen your logo on. Thats how one of my friends does it.
 
this. they also make spray paint for clothing, so you could make your own stencils and then just spray on to the shirt.
 
You could get someone to make you a tee and then take it to an embroidering (sp?) shop and get your logo embroidered onto it.
