Grew up listening to this album on tape with my dad. Love it so much.

Every song on this album is great.

Love all the Tyler Childers love in here. I saw him play at the Grand Ole Opry in 2019 and I'm seeing him again at Under the Big Sky this summer. He's a national treasure.

90% of Nashville country sucks donkey dick these days. Texas is where the good stuff is. Midland, Luke Combs, Brothers Osborne, Eric Church, and Cody Johnson are great more-mainstream country. Some other favs are Mike and the Moonpies, Colter Wall, Parker McCollum, Ruston Kelly, and The Damn Quails.

Fuck Morgan Wallen. Listen to Jason Isbell's Cover Me Up instead

He's a racist piece of shit. His behavior going to cost him his career if he's not careful. It's shameful to see him as the face of country music. His own recording company suspended their contract with him

holy fuck, I didn't know this. just another new reason for me to hate him

Here are my credentials:

1003876.jpeg

The vast majority of country is absolute ass, especially today's shit. I do enjoy some Johnny Cash everyone once in a while and some other old school stuff tho

Old country and some new country. Alan Jackson, George straight, etc. I like hardy and Morgan Wallen, especially redneck love song and his new double album.

I want to say thought that a lot of new country is about drinking not all but a lot and so that’s why a lot of people like older country better

Koe wetzel, kolby cooper, pecos and the rooftops, read southall band, zach bryan, kody west. Most texas/red dirt country is the shit these days like someone else said Nashville doesnt have much going on these days besides pop country
