Hey everyone, I hate to do this but a month ago I ordered some Armada Pipecleaners with tt9s bindings from fresshhhh. Two days later he said thanks and that he has shipped them. But the following day Skiwoj messaged me asking if I purchased the skis and said that he also trans. money to his paypal account for the skis and that he already shipped them to him. So I then contacted fresshhhh to see whats up and see if he was telling the truth and he said that he did sell the skis to skiwoj first by accident and that he was going to transfer the money and free gear for the inconvience to my account and home. Me and skiwoj were cool with that but a weeks went by and no skis or money. Tryed contacting him and still no response, skis, free gear or money that was promised. Then last week ogfeez messaged me asking if i got my sklis cause he also bought some foil boots and hasnt recieved them and he said he shipped them already but can't contact him or anything. I have his phone number and address but not his real name but don't realy no how to get my money back. I know im a newbee to this forum but not to a forum for im also a mediator and legit seller on bimmerforums.com and know that this is not how buisness should or is done on a forum. Just wanted to see if anyone else got screwed by fresshhhh and to prevent it from happening again.

Again hate to do this but just tryin to get my gear or money back. Let mek now what u think I should do.

 
yes and if he has enough money in his paypal account. chances are if he did scam you he cleaned out his account. : ( happened to me on here recently with 2steezy, lots of scumbags lately
 
I am currently in a deal with freshhhh as well and seem to be getting the ass end of it too. I have all the convo's saved and text messages and all that good stuff, no need to put it up yet. i also have plenty of other information that I will be helpful, but will conceal until they are needed. But I am willing to work with him to get my stuff or my money which ever he would like. My transaction hasn't been as long due as Sidewayzm3, but I will give him just a little bit longer before i put out my callout thread. i won't hate to write the thread because i feel bad about calling him out, i hate to do it because it wastes my time.

He sent both me and sidewayz false tracking numbers and said that it was an accident, and then he told me his mom told him monday was the arrival time, it is now friday. I need these boots for camp, and it's only weeks away, I need this transaction to be through so i can either have my stuff, or move on to the next person selling what i need. His trip in the adirondack mtns and lack of reception is his excuse for lack of communication (how convenient) guess he shoulda made sure the packages were sent correctly before he went on this long vacation then we wouldn't have a problem.

oh and btw i already went to the paypal resolution center, and would suggest you do that too sidewayzm3. then after that take the next step and let paypal ream him.

Claim through Paypal first. If it can not be proven that you have the item (ie. tracking) then you should certainly get your money back. This is a good reason to always ensure you have tracking on bigger price items.

CreditCard company second. If Paypal won't help the causet, your CC company will almost always back you. Always go to Paypal first though or you just slow down the whole process.

damn theres so many scams going on. i was planning on buying and selling a bunch of shit but ill wait till the scamming goes down

NS used to be all legit, now it's a minority trying to take advantage of the masses. Not down with that at all.

Agreed with the above, file a paypal claim - post your conversation in the paypal dispute resolution form, then escalate it to a claim.

Yeah... there definitely are a lot of great sellers and buyers on this site...

but every other day I see one of these callout threads and its super shady.

I think we should get something up like Ebay on this site, and make it only available to people with a certain karma rating. That way, if someone scams, they are easily tracked down, and people cant fuckin scam anymore...

I'm just so sick of this shit.
 
Word, I am so afraid of getting scammed now. If it is a member of the site with a high post count, high karma or someone who seems to use the bst forums alot then generally i am not worried but it also can be prudent to go through a seller's friends list and ask a few friends if the seller is legit or not, I did it on my last purchase, I didnt need to as it turned out the seller was legit but it can never hurt especially when youre dropping a few hundred. The feedback section of the profile is a great start but youre right, more would be nice.

and i havent bought anything yet but seriously....my friends (all big contributers to the site) tell me this is soo legit but with all the scams lately i almost dont want to buy off here....

hope you get your shit back man....paypal is usual pretty legit with stuff like this, im sure youll get your

money back.
 
Post his phone number and we can have a massive NS calling or get his address and we can send a ton of boxes to him via USPS

i.e exercise caution if you are about to send someone $200 who has just registered, no posts, no info etc.
 
ya ill give him a couple more days then i might post his # and address. He lives some where in syracus, ny if anyones in that area and wants to tell him whats up. wish he was closer to the QC.
 
Oh don't you worry, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I've been keeping in contact. There will be more to come. I have all kinds of info (I have informed him of this, and i def have his attention now). He says he's still in the mountains w/o service (celly) says my stuff will be sent out (hmmm coulda swore he said it was already sent out and would arrive by monday....... it's now NEXT MONDAY!) don't worry sidewayzm3 i'll mention your shit too, but i'm still skeptical. And a paypal claim has already been put forth like 4 days ago. I don't even think he knows about that yet, or that this thread is going on. But just give me my stuff or money back and all will be forgiven, but no apologies (well bc he just doesn't deserve one).

Even last summer there were not nearly as many callout threads like this, wtf is going on with kids ripping people these days?

People have given some good advice in the thread and ogfeez seems super helpful, understanable considering his situation but it's good to see NS looking after eachother through lows like this...

Props, and I hope you get it all sorted, paypal will pwn this kid.

It also makes it so hard for legit kids like myself and others to shift their gear on here. We need some sort of TGR maggot crackdown

Hey guys, sorry, but Paypal most likely wont refund your money if hes already accepted it. Paypal gives the illusion of security cause ebay uses it. If you purchase something of ebay and the seller fucks you, then paypal will refund your money. If its a private transaction, you're most likely fucked. Read the contract you agreed to when you signed up for paypal.
 
yeh i read that too a while ago, was kinda trying to keep that out of this thread so he wouldn't read it, but you blew it. Oh well, it was a slight chance that he woulda been too dumb to realize this. But i paid via credit card on this pretty sure that'll change things in my favor and hopefully fuck him in the end (unless of course he actually pull through for me).
 
Sounds like I might have an update, as I have been in contact with him about it. But still skeptical, will give an update by monday or tuesday it sounds like.
 
Ya i filed my claim but still havnt gotten my monz back. i got his address but not his name if anyone wants to stop by his crib cause i prob wont get my shit back so hopefully some one can whop his ass, cause i know i would love to but thats alittle far from me (20 hour drive)

Paypal fucking sucks. I lost $1200 because they waited a fucking month to decide in my favor. Check my sig for thousands of people who have had the same problem as us.
 
that's his parents address btw, so no ass whooping will be going on, sorry guys. I sent him some text messages of things that would go down if he didn't 1) respond to my texts and 2) give me my money . At first he was calling me a "sick fuck" Then he was apologizing to me a few days later. He said his grandmother died and that is why he was i the adirondacks with no cell reception. He gave me my money back now we're working on SidewayzM3 to get his back.

Is fresssshhh legit???? I don't know, does this make ppl cautious of buying from him, FUCK YEAH. Personally, will prob never do business with again and would suggest the same for everyone else.
 
Paypal doesnt do shit unless its an ebay transaction.  I got fucked outta $300 and made many calls to paypal.  They did nothing to help me

Paypal is a joke, they just sent me an email saying sry. i have been in contact with fresshhh though resently through the phone though and am suppose to receieve my refund this week, but we'll see how that goes.
 
Thats stupid. I would only buy off the internet if I somehow communicate with the person for a while.
