Caling camera friends, 0.55x Fisheye Adapter or 0.6x Wide Angle Adapter

HVX+Fish=Scrumptious footage. Go lurk on Skate perception and see for yourself. I'd say its worth the extra 100, but it all depends on your budget.
 
The "bend" will be similar between the .6 and .55 since they are almost the same. I noticed the .55 has a larger focal length, what does this effect?
 
my understanding is that fisheyes not only widen the view, but add distortion, whereas wide angles just widen the view with little to no distortion (until you get to around .35x where there is minor bending in the image, with my experiences)
the fisheye:"Produces an extraordinary degree of barrel distortion with a magnification factor of approximately 0.55x"
my interpretation is that it magnifies by .55x, but also adds the fisheye effect with the curvature of the lens, instead of just widening the plane. correct me if I'm wrong
 
I know what a focal length is.

Im guessing the fisheye produced quick the bend and im really not into that so ill prob go for the wide angle.
