That almost looked like it was staged. How could someone like this even make it out of their drive way?

Was almost killed a few days ago by hit and run driver. Lucky for me he hit someone else first. He was running the red light when traffic (me) had already started crossing the intersection. A car was stopped at the light, and he tried to swerve left at the last second to get around them, but clipped the back of the car. That gave me just enough time to get out of his way. He then fled the scene. No plates on the vehicle.

ughhhhhh. I know this is Canada, but we should really start making sure who we give out licenses too. some people are too stupid to drive and creates a big danger for the rest of us.

we actually have a real problem in calgary with that, so much so that some parents actually forbid their kids from taking license tests at certain places (because they hand out licenses like candy, especially to foreigners)
