where can i buy rectangel steel from my dad works for a metal cutting and shipping bisnuss but they onyl sell to majior companies and you can only buy a lot at a time fro them unless i check the scraps and stuff btu where can you buy rectangel steel

I cant spell so dont make fun of me

 
Here you can get it from the recycling center, they also sell steal it might be the same there, idont thing that you can get it from homedepot or lowes

at home depot they have like round tube like iron and copper and pvc but i want steal cuz on my rail now my edges dig in alod

I sounds really stupid that your dad works for a steel place... yet you can't get any steel from him???

Rectangular steel is really expensive(for a 20ft long 2x6, hollow, its $130 where i live), you need to find a place to buy it whole sale or a recycling center, like they said above. Try junk yards also, you can find different types of metals there.

Don't buy copper and don't buy Pvc. Copper bends really esily so it will be ruined after onle a couple uses. If your going to use Pvc, cut out the bottom of it about 2inches wide and put a 2x4 in there that will run the length of the pvc.

 
/\word thats how my pvc rail is. pvc is nice because you can session it forever and it doesnt wreck your edges. and if you can buy pvc that is uber thick. the one i have is 4 inches in diameter and 1/2' thick. that shit you need to find at constuction sites it can't be found at home depot.
