Buying skis

im going to whistler this saturday for the first time. im real stoked but i snapped my only skis this last weekend. ive already talked to the company but i dont think i can get new ones before then. i was thinking i wanted to buy a pair when i get there on saturday because i we arent skiing until sunday. how plausible is this idea? could anyone recommend good shops, and do you think i could get a new pair mounted in 1 day? if not i will probably just rent

so im wondering if anyone can tell me of a good shop, or of a good place where i could rent skis for the week.
 
if you just walk around the village you will see lots of shops to buy skis from and im sure that if you explain that you need your skis the next day you can get them mounted. only shop ive ever had any experience with is glacier shop and they were dope.
 
TMC has super chill folk who work there, it's by earls and the movie theater. its the best place to go if you are going to get rossi fks or old look bindings mounted too. glacier shop is chilling as is comor.
