most of you are liberal, and have only been around long enough to see two presidents, so I would assume you are all gonna be in favor of the last president who was liberal and not like the current president who is conservative...but that's just obvious

hmmmm, where would we be if gore was president? I would be a little more understanding if I knew that some of you know or have any experience with politics whether from just learning abou it in school or experiencing it in position of a legislative (or higher) page, or even on a week long set of seminars like Close-Up. I know very conservative people, and they all think bush sucks, cuz he really does. The only people that support Bush are the dumb ass people, or the big corporations that pay him off and his administration. I mean, c'mon, he gets tons of money from oil companies and most other companies that have a big hold on the economy and our fine country.

His foreign policy is shit too. Face it, we have a horrible president, and we should all be ashamed (people of voting age) that we let him into office, cuz he's done nothing but fuck good things up. 3 million more people lost their jobs because of him. Hes a shit.

Bush has thrust this country into turmoil the man has no foresight, the economy is ruined, unemployment is up, the war is STILL on ('decisive, quick action' ring a bell), the environment is a disaster, taxes are going up, and he has absolutely no idea. the only way to fix the government is to become active and be involved, speak your mind, and get off your ass and vote. The beauty of the American government is that if we as a people do not like it, we can change it.

There are too many people that think they can't do anything about it and that they are just a number.

...and I voted for Gore, along with the majority of the American citizens. I think a lot of people were disapointed in the fact that the Electoral College did not represent the popular vote. The problem is that the electoral college was established to even out higher and lower populous states, however it has never been changed to accomidate the changes in the US Population centers.

i dont think ive read (on NS) a conservative actually make a point about Bush doing something good (besides 'keeping us safe', because him attacking people is making it less safe, if you dont see that your one ignorant mother), all you guys do is say fuck alot in referene to liberals. how about you make some points and maybe we'll try and listen.
