I have these annoying tailor bunions on the side of my feet that hurt whenever i put on my ski boots. Recently they have been bothering me in my shoes. I have had my boots punched out and it helps a little bit.I was wondering if there was anything else to do to help ease the pain or fix the problem?i was looking into some bunion pads but would that be effective inside a ski boot?
Anybody with this problem please help me

you need to make sure that your footbed has proper transverse arch support (that's the arch that goes across the metatarsals [knuckles] of your foot) for starters. if you don't have a footbed, that's definitely part of your problem. so, step 1 footbed, step 2 make sure it has transverse arch support not just medial (the main arch) support.

I have full tilts which fit my foot perfectly, but the bunions stick outHad the same problem with my dalbellos before

you do the most help or hurt to your feet in your everyday shoes. if you want to keep skiing in comfort, let alone walking around, you need to be in some kind of structured shoe that supports your foot. whether it has the structure built into it (like a running shoe or clog for example) or a simple skate shoe with a footbed in it, it will only help you.

as for your boot, you need to make sure your foot is in the right position inside the boot for the punches to be effective. do you have footbeds in them?
