Bungee chord tow-in?

Question: I have seen in ski films and such that for some urban set ups they will use a type of elastic rope to tow them into the feature to gain enough speed to hit the feature. They gain speed because the rope is first stretched way out and then it pulls them in. Anyone know where on can buy one of these? sorry to bother. J
