Bulk Bluetooth Dongles

My friends Dad just decided to change out all business computers in his company's office. The old computers all had mini bluetooth dongles that allowed the computers to communicate with cell phones etc. Their new computers all have integrated bluetooth and there is no longer a need for the dongles. I thought i would hook up newschoolers with great deals on these dongles. I think that 6 dollars would be a fair price per dongle considering that places like best buy or frys sell this shit at about 20 dollars. If i get some interest in these i will post pictures. Also, shipping is free on all dongles, if you buy more than three at a time then i will sell them for 5 dollars each.
 
Consider me interested; but, are these dongles designed to receive a signal from a phone? Or are they designed to plug into a phone and TRANSMIT a signal TO a device?
 
is this were like you have internet on you cell but no WI-FI for your lap top you can get the net for the laptop? or like you can tranfer music to your phone
