Building own glidecam????

i have really nice manfrotto tripod head, and i want to build a glidecam-like rig setup to help reduce the shake while filming on sksi. Any ideas???

there are some DIY stabilizers that work decent at best...but honestly, I would save your money and buy an actual glidecam. Check eBay and craigslist. You don't need an HD, find a PRO for a bit cheaper.

Or maybe even pick up a flycam...but even then, I would just save a little more for a glidecam.
