building jumps

golf course ain't exactly a great idea, but go ahead, make sure that the landing aint flat, and that its in a great position for air, aka good speed before a hit. Pour some water over it, and the next day, you can a slick new jump

my friends and i build a massive kicker on the hill in my backyard every year. the key is getting enough speed and having a steep landing. Because my hill isnt very steep, we use a snowmobile and sometimes a 4 wheeler tow us. Coincidentaly i work at a golf course, and from expierence i would make sure you have permission to use the land. 1. because they dont want any damage to the property and 2. if you get hurt, it can come back to fuck the owners of the course in the ass. good luck. post a pic of the jump if you make it.

ok a golf course? a few friends of mine ran out on a country club after a ftb and they got piss! They sewed one of them

John- God forgives,

MOUNTANS DON'T

Happy landings! ...Don't count on it, most golf courses are way to flat.

golf courses suck for jumps...we do it once in awhile...flat landings and no speed...if your gonna build a jump than build one like a freestyle mogul jump and make a huge pile of pow on the landing. use mad salt and shit too. golf courses are really good places to set up rails though

mabey i should have told you that its on a Huge hill on the golf course...not the flat part. the hill is really steep, then gets flat for about 40feet which is were we plan on building the jump, then its gets really steep again which were gonna use as our landing...its perfect.ill post some pics once its built. untill then id apreciate any tips from people who've done this kind of thing before. thanks for the input guys.

put boards up on sides and back of jump and build jump against them. after u build jump, let sit for awhile. make sure u shape it good so it has nice shape. if u dont have big planks, use snowboards.... anything to build it against so u dont have to waste time building a mountain and carving it. dont put too much kick either if u are just trying spins.

My friends and I use 3 pik-nik tables to build our kicker... stack them up and use them as a base... works real well!!

Where I live, there are five ski resorts within 10 kilometers of my house. Everybody who lives here, whether they're rich or poor, skis all the time. In the winter, skiing's a way of life. The ski resorts are open until 11 p.m. If you don't know what to do, you go skiing. When you get off from work, you go skiing. Mathieu Paquette about St-Sauveur

Yeah three boards, thats the way to do it... and make sure you got lots of people to help, it goes soo mucg faster that way.
