Building collapse in NY

so shitty that's definitely a top fear of mine getting trapped in a tiny ass space not being able to move

it's unfortunately not a huge surprise, you ever see some off the old ass buildings in cities? Combine that with absentee landlords that just rent out to whatever occupant will pay the market rate and there is some serious neglect in these very old buildings - I see it all the time in Boston, it's pretty amazing this doesn't happen more frequently

the fact that theres not at least 20 dead from this is a miracle. 3/4 of that neighborhood is home sleeping at this hour.
 
The initial thought is that it was a gas leak. The gas connections in these buildings are sometimes as old as the building itself.

My company owns a couple buildings directly across the street and the explosion shattered a dozen or so windows and caused some light damage to the façade.

 
Obviously a conspiracy, if you look at pictures and videos you can most definitely see airplane wreckage. My guess is that OBAMA is trying to go to war so he set it all up. I heard that he ok'd work permits for terrorists to install bombs in the building. Look into it, it all makes sense, Bush was probably involved too.
