My friends and i are build a quater pipe at the base of his deck, so from the deck to the top of the pipe is a about 12 feet. anyway i'm askeing for sugestions on what kind and thickness of ply wood to use for the curvature of pipe

i used 1/2 partical board with a 1/4 masonite on top of it, but i built a full pipe so i was on a budget

i woudln't use particle board. i'm sure 1/2 inch plywood would work, with masonite or skatelite on top. or even just anotehr layer of like 1/4 inch ply wood then stain it and treat it. And 2x4's for support. and wet the 1/2 plywood in a little pool or something then put it on. build a small pool with a tarp, and 2x4s and bricks then let the wood soak.
