Building a beer pong table?

NS, I need to make a beer pong table for my college apartment. I could buy one for like $80 but I don't want that. Is there any guides to building your own that you recommend?

I need to save space so making it collapsible is almost necessary

So saw the piece of plywood into 3rds, and add hinges. this way your table will fold into 1/3rd the size of a piece of plywood. Op are you trolling?

A) a 4x8 sheet of plywood lays against an apartment wall pretty well.

B) how are you with woodworking in any way?

Get a piece of plywood that you put on top of a smaller table. That way you can decorate it with american flags and frat letters and use it to crush natty light without getting stains on your other table. When you're done being awesome just lean the plywood up against the wall

Or steal a couple folding chairs and use your brand new epic table as your full time table.

Rubbermaid folding table for $51... taking it from home... free

but seriously though if you're the least bit handy you can build one for less than the price of a summer set up.

my brother and i made one out of ply wood and we bought table legs. it cost like $50 and it turned out really cool. i will try to post a pic later if i find one. it took us like 2 hours and we painted it his school colors with logo in the middle.

The one I used in college was an old ping pong table top that we had put hardwood flooring over and painted stuff on it. It was a bit of work but you could get that stuff off craigslist for free probably. The most expensive part was the epoxy that we put over the top but it was totally worth it to make it waterproof and a good bounce surface. It weights a million pounds but it will withstand damn near anything.

I doubt he comes on here anymore, but shoutout to ak_ski_bum for helping build it!

most apartments have nice tables in the lobby, just play down there. As long as you have sick dubstep with TONS of bass playing really loudly nobody will complain

Buy a folding table from the local thrift store, easily only like $10 then make people step back if the table is too short.

You're going to have to turn on your brain if you wanna finish college bud ha
