Just trying to see if there is any interest in hitting urban jibs around buffalo this year, we can use this thread to post pictures of spots and coordinate some urban sessions
 
ive been scopin out some spots around the city/suburbs, and im def down to get a little urban crew together and do some nastiness so lets get this shit together
 
Anyone know of any rails on UB south campus? I found a nice little rollerblade urban around there but it would be no good for skiing.
 
on ub south near the parkandride and a black building there is a mellow down rail, is that the one you are referring to?

there used to be a buffalo based rollerblading site with plenty of pics

but around aug there site went down and i guess they decided not to renew their host.
 
Yea sorry. Unfortunately the guy who was running roccityskate.com ran into some financial problems over the summer and couldnt afford it. however he is on the up and up again and we are all talkin about reupping the site. keep checkin on it.

Also if and when we do reup the site I wanna lean it more toward skiing and snowboarding in the winter, so def keep an eye out for some edits this winter.

Like i said before if anyone is down for the drive get at me on here. I'll PM any of you guys if I am ever in Buffalo lookin for some urban.
 
I used to live on roccityskate i was so bummed when that shit went down.. but send me a pm im down for makin the drive every so often to hit some urban w/ some cool people
 
i havent hit many rails there but i did ski the catilician rail, and kno of a few others in buffalo, dun tie park. who would like to link up and ski the streets? i can provide a camera, if someones got a drop it
 
I live in Orchard Park and have been scoping the little skate park they have there. Seems like you coul use the quarter pipes as drop ins and hit the little table and couple rails there. Nothing big but I was wondering if this is actually a possibilty. If so there is also an abondoned skate park on Harlem in WS in one in Hamburg. Also, seems better for me as I just got back into the game last year and dont want to jump to big ol handrails just yet.
 
haha in that video he doesn't even hit the rail.. just stops before it. I think that's hilarious that that segment was used for the trailer.
 
Yo Colton if I come out with a buddy or two would you be down to hit some rails and let us crash with you? Film a seggy for you in my movie?

That long mellow down rail next to governors parking lot. We got towed with a rope. Im fucking pissed I didnt get it and my two boarding buddies did. I'm gonna try to go again this week. Its super easy I just wasnt having a good night and took some bad wrecks.
 
if it's at green lake it's 2min from my house :)

i might go hit urban with some peeps tonight, but i'm not sure where yet...
