BT vs Scratc BC stiffness

Hi

I am thinking about buying either Dynastar Big trouble 186 og Rossi Scratch BC 185. Does anybody know which of the skis are the most stiff... I have a feeling that the scratch bc is more freeride orientated and is LESS flexible than the big trouble. Is that right?

Ok. I want a twintip that performs well offpiste. I still want to ride fast on the piste so it cant be to soft... Has anybody tested both?

Oh and how much does the new scratch bc 185 weigh? I think weight does matter, especially when you have to hike to get some got powder :-)

i have ridden both the bc is MUCH softer than the bt's. I love the BC and im getting a pair ofg the wrs soon.

wait a minute you huge elephant are you being ironic

well if the BT really is stiffer im gonna go whit that whit the look px12 jib

thank you

ive used a lot of skis, including scratch BC and big trouble, and the big trouble feels somewhat stiffer, but just more sturdy in general.

BCs are acctually really soft. I skiied on them all last season and they where sick skis. They did everthing. They handled really well on hard pack as well as powder

same f'ing thing :-) from denmark so i'm not exactly an english-expert

anyways I have ordered the big trouble 186 and cant wait to get on the freaking snow in austria. oh yeah the beer is great there to!

tx for input guys

they are actually comprable as far as stiffness, the scratch is stiff and damp, and the big trouble is stiff and snappy, the B.T is a little bit more prone to chatter on hardpack and is a little more squirly all around, i like the dampness of the bc, it kills the crud and doesnt chatter on the harder snow

BT is stiffer for sure. BC is more forgiving, but not soft like K2s or something. The BT will power through anything.

the Big Troubles just seem like a lower quality ski for sure, and they dont ski very good, i know two guys that i work with in the shop said they didnt like them at all because they are a little squirly, and they chatter, and they just really arent that burly at all despite what they say, how many of you have actually shredded on both skis more than two days?
