Yo has anyone broken the plastic retaining piece for the heel risers on a pair of G3 ion 12's? I want to see if anyone has come up with a good solution

You mean the top plate of the binding? Shit.. you might be SOL.
We rent skis with ion 10's and 12's at work, and none of the 10s have ever had that issue. The 12's we have are all metal so thats certainly not an issue with them..
