Broken figers

i was wondering if anyone has had to have surgery on a broken finger. i broke my pinky and ring fingers and need surgery on the ring. i am wondering what the recovery time is. i hope i can just get a hard cast and ski like a week after but we will see

I got a bud that broke two fingers waterskiing, he had to have surgery on one of the two, I think it was his middle one. he broke them in early june and didn't grip a handle to waterski again until late august..

I broke my thumb and pinkey and had surgery ad skiied right after but wit out poles.

You should be able to ski this winter, just don't expect to use polls for a while.

bring your pole and have them mold the plaster to grip a pole....my buddy did it once it was pretty bad ass

I'd say just take it easy and go no poles. Or get the molded cast to the pole. I didn't know you could do that. Sounds like a good idea.

i broke my pinky and ring finger last season in whis, no surgery, just a splint but i was shredding the next day, on t3's mind you, just do no poles should be fine, landing jars your hands a little which can hurt like a bitch, just dont fall
