Broken edges

So today one of the edges on my K2 Domains started to tear out (at the very back of the tail where the seam is) I'm wondering what the best way to stop it pulling out all the way down my ski is as I'm trying to make them last out the season before I get new skis. Someone suggested just buff out the rust and then epoxy/clamp them and maybe I'll make it to the end of the season. Any other tips you have would be awesome

Cut the edge off with a dremel before the pull out, remove the edge and cover over with epoxy. More if a trick for really bad pullouts, you may be able to clamp and epoxy it back if it's good and clean.

I have had luck with cutting off the edge and then filing down the cut so that the edge left on the ski doesnt pull out

The exact same thing is happening on one of my Domains. I'm just going to keep riding them until it pulls out farther, and trim the edge off if need be. Might as well just ride them to their death. Getting skis fixed is too expensive

for real bro, not trying to pay $25 for some shop to just glue my shit back together so it can break again haha, made that mistake once when I had no clue. I can buy my own tube of epoxy for $5 and glue my shit all season!

bumpin this one. I am having the same problem, I'm cutting the edge off and using a ton of epoxy, hoping it will hold. the midwest (especially hyland) is brutal on your skis... walked on the snowpack on my skis and it was harder than ice!
