Broken crowbar lens

So the inner lens on my crowbars is broken, the outer lens is fine though. I dont have the cash right now for a new lens so has anyone taken out the inner lens before? Would it affect the goggles in anyway? Thanks

This will kill all anti fogging properties. You stop moving your goggles will fog up. With the inner lens already broken you are already screwed so might as well. Just be ready for fog city.
