Brighton questions

I'm trying to figure out where to get a pass. I'm an east coast transplant so i wanna know

1. how decent is their park. I know it wont be as good as PC but will it atleast be more than 5 rails a box, and 3 jumps.

2. i know its utah and the snow is good, but does it have more steeps than PC. i really dont know much so i gotta ask.

3. lastly how crowded does it get. i know PC sucks sometimes, but someone let me know the inside scoop.

I've had a pass to both Brighton and PC, in the same year even.

At Brighton you can't expect more than 3 jumps. And don't expect them to be good, or hittable anytime before January.

The mountain is pretty small but fun, especially on a pow day. But any Utah resort is fun on a pow day.

I've had way more fun at PC than Brighton. The vibe, the people, the weather. It really depends on how you wanna ski this year. Mini golf and lots of cliffs, or park and still good snow.

I think PC wins. For an east coast transplant Jupiter and McConkey's will suffice on a pow day.

It's been said, but yeah any place is going to be great on a pow day. Personally I prefer solitude's lack of crowds and untouched terrain, but there must be a reason you're asking about brighton so I wouldn't hesitate to go there if you don't care about the park at all.

Fun jibs, Pretty fun all-mountain skiing when it dumps and less than par jumps. Overall its a fun little mountain.

ive skied both pow and park at both. if you want rad park and scene then pc. iif you want a fun park and rad backcountry then btown.

If you are only going to buy one pass, it can be a hard choice.

At Brighton you will have a good selection of rails, but a lacking jump line. However, when you want to leave the park, there is a lot of very fun terrain at your fingertips, especially if you include the backcountry/slackcountry access.

At PC, you will have a amazing park filled with a million newschool skiers. You will certainly love that part. But when you want to leave the park, the rest of the mountain will leave you wanting more. Sure you can find some fun stuff, but there isn't that much there, and it will get skied out really fast.

It's really up to you. It depends on what kind of skiing you are looking to do. If you only want to ski a few pow days a year, you could get a PC pass and either search PC on a pow day, or buy a couple day passes to a Cottonwood resort when a big storm comes in. If you want to ski a much more even amount of park/pow, get a Brighton pass and just hang out there all season no matter what you want to ski,

People are saying its unlikely that they are opening the 10th. Its supposed to be like a low of 15 for like half of the week up there. I'm pretty sure they can crank out some white stuff with those temps.

Their park is usually very fun, more sonwboarder oriented. Not as big as PC obviously.
Steeps? PC is bigger by acerage but brighton has ILL backcountry access (cliffs and shit)
Hardly any lift lines (sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)
