Bridges of your feet

Is their a way too avoid the bridges of your feet from hurting after skiing? or is that just a sacrifice you have to make when you ski.

The boots I ride are not very good so is that maybe part of the problem?

How much are they anyways? I've never bothered to ask

$50-$100, give or take a little. It seems like a lot of money, but trust me, they really make a huge difference. Being more comfortable means riding better and longer

I had footbeds which sucked ass, my heels were hurting because my bridges were so curved, decided to buy custom footbeds and been in love ever since. Got them for 60 euros, dont know how much in dollars (about 70-80) and definitely worth the money.

I had a tarsal coalition (look it up if you really want to know) when I was born, so I now have no arch in one foot and a big arch in the other, but with the magic of ski boot inserts and boot molding, I now have boots that fit comfortably. Do it, its worth it

Lol more like 2-300 for fully custom from a competent fitter. The cheaper ones really aren't that much of an upgrade from stock for most feet

Mine were, just as i said 60 euros(about 70-80 dollars) and they made them to me that i had to stand on them on a heater thingy for like 3 mins and they came out as my own footprint (can't explain it well in english) and they were some sort of professional type of shit footbeds

that is for trim to fit. fully custom footbeds will run around $200ish. Trim to fits are still much better than the stock foot beds though
