Bridger to open dec 2nd

It's going to be an amazing opening day, 54 inches at the alpine station at this point(36 new). I talked to someone that was up there on sunday and he said the snow was chest deep on the upper mountain, so this will be a huge contrast to recent openings.

Evan spelled "gusta" wrong in his signature. But anyways, I don't think Bridger opened early last year either, I remember it being really thin until the 30" or so we got over Christmas.

dude they def didnt, in fact they were closed the saturday they were supposed to open due to high winds. I remember for sure.

KLD...didn't you say youre dad was on the board or something. ask him. i'm pretty sure they did because the opening coincided with free ski week. i might be wrong though...

All right. Listen up. Here's the deal:

In 2004 Thanksgiving fell on Nov. 25.

That means Free Ski Week at Big Sky was from Sunday November 28 - Saturday Dec. 4. Bridger Bowl opened on the last day of Free Ski Week. The scheduled opening day for BB was Dec. 11. Therefore, they opened a week early.

Why doesn't somebody go on the website and check the archived reports? I'm too lazy to do it myself, and I really don't care all that much.

heres the deal, i do believe they were opn the 5 no argument there, but i believe that was there projected opening day. not the 11 because i remember when i heard the opening day this year was the 10 i remember thinking it was real late compared to last year

I don't know when they opened, or any of that shit, but, I found this funny. Can you tell me when it's fallen on any other day?

Alright, I'll settle the little catfight going on here. I just--gasp--looked up the date they opened! It was December 4th.
