Wow today could have possibly been one of the best days of skiing I have had, and thats only going half day. Got up to bridger at 9 and got 3rd hit on superman. So nice, face shots all day, crotch high pow, and like 15 degrees. Most perfect conditions ever.

Was that you guys that hit it right behind me? snowboarder started like 20ft above it with rasta hat? SICK epic day snow alllllll day.

Yeah, today ruled. Tomorrow's going to be awesome, seeing as how a lot of the mountain wasn't open very long.

fuck dude i was up there today and it was pretty sick. i'm jealous though because u hit superman and i was just a little to late and they closed it off. i was bummed. but it was epic for sure. i'll definitely be up there tomorrow.

skiid today and yesterday......perfect timing since we arrived here on sunday....i think big sky is scheduloed for tomarrow but rumors are another storm is on its way

Yup, another storm coming this way. Whopeee!

Also, the GNFAC posted their report on Tuesday with an excuse slip for school or work. That's really cool, and I hope my school falls for it.

I have a couple pictures in the big mountain section from today, not the best quality though. The snow was amazing, every time I jumped a cliff it just went over my head. I'd have to say my time was well-spent outside of school today.

yea yesterday was my first time ever skiing out west. so i guess i hit it right on the button. i mean out east i have never skied 3 ftlet alone that nice dry snow. i loved it. i now know i am definitly going to school out west. but yea best two days of skiing in my life

That could have been cus there was like 3 or 4 guys that hit it right before me and my friend. I dunno, I just know it was sick. Anyone drop DRCS before north bowl got closed?

My friend hit it yesterday, it was huge. He wasn't sure how much speed to get so he ended up landing 20 feet past the end of the cliff.

I think he went off right as I got to it, he went pretty huge. They're predicting another 9" up at Bridger tonight, so it should be pretty good for the weekend. I'll be up there tomorrow afternoon so I'll try to post an update.

It's settling out a lot now, the snow wasn't quite as cushy this afternoon. Still pretty fun though, even though it takes a bit more work to ski. At least I finally got the chance to go out the north gate and hit a cliff I've been eying all year!

we only got about seven inches at discovery and it was still one of the best days ever there. It was really fluffy pow which they almost never get.

HOLY SHIT. I skied Hidden two weeks ago and it wasn't anywhere near that filled in.

Bridger is rocking this year, and I heard they might be staying open late for once.

Oh it's coming, or at least it had better be. I have my friend's pair of 195cm B3's right now so if it dumps tonight he may be missing a pair of skis tomorrow. Those things are sooooo sweet in the powder and off cliffs!

I about crapped my pants when I heard how much Great Divide got, that's the most I've heard of over there in a long time. I was half-expecting another 34" dump at Bridger, but you guys ended up stealing all the snow I guess. I suppose Helena needed it a lot more though, and I'll be up there night skiing friday so the new snow isn't a bad deal at all.

As long as they have enough snow to set up a slushy park I'll be happy, if this works out it will be my first day in a park this year!

Park is pretty good right now, very fun flat down box, flat down rail a little rainbow, a couple decent tables. The great wall, so it should be fun.

So....turns out they don't run the lifts at night anymore, we found that out once we got all the way to the mountain. Made the best of it and just hiked, there was some pretty fun stuff up there. The snow was a little hard to hit the bigger jumps, but we were hitting the hip and the double setup. Looks like Great Divide has a pretty nice park, it just kind of sucked that we couldn't ski it the lazy way.
