Are they doing anything new for this year? The pipe's still going to be there and be awesome, but I hope they can get some new rails and a new layout, they didn't have enough medium sized jumps last year, or enough jumps in general.

We have an old saying down on the bayou....Blehhhhh!!!
 
They cut the Freeway park run 50 feet wider, got a ton of new rails and bought a new pipe machine - the Zaug. Rode a Zaug pipe at Hood and they are dope, and the machine will hopefully not break as much as the old Super Dragon.

 
I work lifts in brecka nd was speaking to tim - the head park dude - just after he'd finished the cutters cup park design comp for Snowboarder mag after breck closed last year. Some of the dope shit in there gave him some crazy ideas so expect to see some super progressive new shit. now i've said that nothing new will get done...DOH! But they are making a new beginner park on peak 8 so hopefully some of the gaypers will get filtered out

 
The HNIC of the park at Breck is Eliot. Not sure who you are talking about. But yes, the SNowboarder Mag shoot definitely will be inspiration for the upcoming year.

There is also more of a commitment to the intermediate jumps this year. One reason for widening the park is so that they do not have to shut as much stuff down when there are contests and photo shoots. Rember when the hip right above the pipe was closed for a couple of weeks? That type of stuff should not have as much effect on the average park rider this year.
