Breck's new gondola

I've heard conflicting reports on the gondola- one that it will go up to the vista haus area and one that it will go to the base of 8 (kinda like the gondola does at The Canyons, Utah)
 
What new gondola at breck? There's the new lift but i didn't know that they were going to put in a gondola
 
you know where they put in the new skyway skiway (or skiway skyway, whatever) to the free parking lots with the tunnel under the road? That would be the base of the new gondola. The question is where the top of the gondola will be.
 
I haven't skied at Breck in over a year so I was just curious... I hate skiing there cause its just so bloody damn cold always there since it sits in a wind tunnel
 
yeah, its being built this summer, the top is going to be where the last pay parking lot was on the right side of the road, and i believe the bas is going to be second lot, but dont quote me on that because im assumeing thats why there is a fnce all the way around it. who knows tho! they have cut down a shit load of trees for that thing tho. it should be worth it tho for all the stupid ass gapers who wait 2 hours in line at spring break to get back down to their cars from the peak 8 base when there are signs all around telling their stupid asses to take the skiway skyway.
